Processing time

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut‑off or over weekends/US holidays ship the next business day.

Carriers

Domestic: UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on speed and destination. International: DHL Express or UPS Expedited for the fastest, most reliable service.

Tracking & updates

You’ll receive a tracking link via email (and SMS if enabled) once your order departs our facility. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Address changes

We can update addresses before dispatch only. After dispatch, please use the carrier’s intercept/hold options linked in your tracking email.

PO boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO via USPS. Expedited and Overnight services aren’t available for PO/APO/FPO destinations.

Signature on delivery

High‑value orders may require an adult signature at delivery for security. You’ll see this noted at checkout and on your tracking page.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. We’ll open a carrier claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Preorders/backorders

If an item is marked preorder or backorder, the ETA will be shown on the product page. Your order ships when all items are ready. Split-ship is available upon request.

International duties, taxes, and import fees

We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless noted at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT Mon–Fri ship the same business day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.
How do I track my package?
You’ll get a tracking link via email (and SMS if enabled) once your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
Do you offer free US shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $150 or more (after discounts, before tax).
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us immediately. We can update addresses before dispatch only. After dispatch, use the carrier’s intercept tools linked on the tracking page.
Will I pay duties or VAT for international orders?
Possibly. Duties/VAT are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout indicates they are prepaid.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
Please check with household members and neighbors, and look for a notice from the carrier. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us so we can assist and open a carrier trace if needed.
